SUMMARY:Poinsettia Sale
DESCRIPTION:Support the UCC Christmas Fund by purchasing a poinsettia to adorn our church on Christmas Eve! You may order a poinsettia to decorate our sanctuary for Christmas Eve. When Christmas Eve service is over\, you may take a plant home with you. \nOrders are due no later than December 14. Each plant is $15 and will be delivered to church for you. All proceeds from our Poinsettia Sale will be donated to the UCC Christmas Fund. \nThe Christmas Fund has been caring for active and retired clergy and lay employees of the United Church of Christ for over 100 years\, providing emergency grants\, supplementation of small annuities and health premiums\, and Christmas “Thank You” gift checks each December to our lower-income retirees. \nIf you’d rather donate to the fund without ordering a poinsettia\, you make donate through the offering plate\, indicating that the donation is for the UCC Christmas Fund\, or through our online donations. If you donate online\, be sure to select “UCC Christmas Fund” from the pulldown menu. As always\, consider clicking the option to cover processing costs on your electronic donation so that 100% of your giving goes to the intended recipient. \n
