Fall will be here before we know it!
Sunday school begins September 9th. We would like to begin scheduling teachers for September–November as soon as possible. When surveyed, families opted to have Sunday school during our worship service (100% of respondents), so we will continue to do so.
Any help on September 9th and September 16th will especially be appreciated.
Right now, our curriculum for the older students will be a UCC series on character. For younger students, there will usually be a variety of things going on: bible story, activity, coloring page, etc.
We will continue to teach regular lessons on the first and second Sunday and art for social justice / community service on the other Sundays each month. We am flexible about what we do on the art / community service days, so for example, if you have a community service idea that might take two sessions, we can schedule it.
Please contact the church office if you are interested in helping or have a talent or idea to share. There are a variety of ways to support our Sunday school, even if you don’t want to teach a class by yourself. Any help will be appreciated.
